The easiest way to rent a scooter in Tulum

We rented a scooter from Palms & Wheels while visiting Tulum and had a great experience! Alejandro who assisted us - he was such a kind person, great with communications & helped us with any questions we had!
I would highly recommend this company and would rent from them again.

Found this company using Google maps and contacted them via WhatsApp. All communication was swift and clear.
Booked scooter for 1 week with 2 helmets. Got a really nice scooter with a extra storagebox included which was very convenient.
They delivered the scooter to my address and also picked it up in the end of the rent. All included.
Price is very competitive and I would gladly use the same company again.

Other companies I talked to for comparing price was some above and some wanted to do the typical "haggling game".

The BEST! Easy to book, quickly available and in such a fantastic spot! The owner was quick to respond, helpful and allowed us to keep the rental for an extra day with an added discount. Helped us get around so quickly. Can not recommend this place enough!!

Super service. Le propriétaire est très professionnel et il a été proactif pour répondre à mes questions et demandes. Le scooter était en parfait état et le prix est très compétitifs pour un endroit aussi touristique que Tulum. C'était très agréable et rassurant de faire affaire avec cette compagnie.

Also ich bin sehr überzeugt von Palm Wheels von der Annahme bis zu der Abnahme hat es reibungslos ohne probleme geklappt. Habe meinen Roller zuerst für 5 Tage gemietet und später zusatzlich 10 tage gemietet ohne Probleme alle Fragen während der Miete wurden immer so schnell wie möglich beantwortet. Die Annahme des Scooters hat keine 5 minuten gedauert und bei der Abnahme konnte ich meinen Roller im Hotel ablassen sodas ich kein stress hatte bei der Abreise immer wieder gerne danke für alles komme nächstes jahr wieder👋👍🏻

Super easy and convenient! I texted the number and Alejandro responded right away and we picked up the bike within 5min.

I also had a friend who needed one, and he came to drop it off at our Airbnb.

Bikes were almost brand new, works great!
